Design

Therefore, using their Titanium material, TOMEI further reduced unwanted weight without compromising the product’s overall strength. Original Titanium Material: Lightweight – Strong – Durable

Tailpipe

• TOMEI’s products are made from Titanium material with a 115mm diameter and 1mm thick piping. Designed with a straight cut and finished for race use, each piece features the EXPREME Ti logo laser-etched on the tip with a Titanium gradation blue color.

Clamp Band

• TOMEI’s clamp design is much stronger than the conventional flange and bolt type. It securely holds the pipe in place, maintaining an airtight seal while withstanding high heat, stress loads, and vibrations.

Silencer Case

• This component is made from Titanium with a pipe size of 152mm and a 1mm thickness. The oversized shell design optimizes exhaust gas flow, aiding in power gains. The embossed TOMEI logo and heat gradation coloring provide a distinctive finishing touch.

Punched Mesh

• Crafted entirely from Titanium with a 1mm thickness and an open slot ratio of 32.6%, TOMEI’s high flow design delivers a distinctive racing exhaust sound, combining lightweight Titanium material and optimal flow dynamics.

Glass Wool

• TOMEI uses long fiber wool threads for the silencer, proven to last longer than traditional fiberglass materials. This design endures high temperatures and pressures over extended periods.

Connecting Springs

• TOMEI’s pipes are connected using a hook and spring design, allowing slight movement to absorb vibrations. While the hook springs alone are sufficient to hold the pipes together, the best results are achieved when using both the clamp band and springs.
