Combining the stock air cleaner box with the “Carbon Duct” and the exclusive “Carbon Air Guide” offers an intake system in a form never seen before!

Concept
The Carbon Air Guide has additional fresh air inlets to direct fresh air into the additional ducts.
With the additional modification of the stock airbox, the air intake opening area is approximately 1.8 times larger than the stock opening. (Stock opening + the additional air intake opening)
Designed to reduce ventilation resistance, while avoiding any negative impact on the factory control.

Styling
Utilizing dry carbon material, expresses strength and sharpness.
An overwhelming presence is created the moment the hood is opened, setting it apart Stock product.
The HKS Logo is subtly placed. The logo is applied on the surface of the carbon and then clear coated to prevent damage and deterioration.

Carbon Air Guide: Easy installation due to the replaceable factory trim clips.

Fresh air is routed in from inside the Front bumper, as shown in the figure below. This is the same as the stock intake duct space.

Designed to have the impression of flowing fresh air, while retaining the expression of the “Fairlady Z”.

 Modifications of the stock air cleaner box
The stock air cleaner box has been modified to increase the opening area.
Stock RH Opening Area：4183.31mm²
Additional RH Opening Area：3304.25mm²c
Stock LH Opening Area：4283.54mm²
Additional LH Opening Area：3366.42mm²

After modifications are made, the Carbon ducts are easily attached to the air cleaner box with Genuine Nissan trim clips.
