- The FL5 Civic Type R comes equipped with electronically controlled suspension as standard, but its relatively high factory ride height has been a common point of dissatisfaction among users.
- This product allows you to lower the ride height just enough to achieve a stylish appearance while retaining the stock electronically controlled suspension.
- After conducting numerous tests, we found that maintaining the spring rates close to the factory specifications and intentionally making active use of the stock bump stops allows us to maintain ride comfort while minimizing excessive body movement.
- The front suspension features pillow ball upper mounts, improving steering response and providing a more sporty driving experience. It also features adjustable camber, giving you greater flexibility when choosing wheel designs.
- The front ride height can be set to one of three levels using the included spacers. The rear features threaded height adjustment, allowing you to set the ride height to your preferred position.

In addition to improving steering response, the adjustable upper mounts accommodate users who want to lower their vehicle while fitting wider tires. This provides greater flexibility in tire sizing and wheel design.

The factory mode-switching function remains fully functional.
The ride height is adjustable at both the front and rear. Because the factory dampers are retained, the factory suspension modeswitching function remains fully functional. For the front, instead of using a conventional height adjuster, ride height is adjusted by combining two spacers. This design ensures sufficient suspension stroke while providing three different ride height settings.
