The PERRIN Standard Intercooler Core measures 28” long x 9.25” tall x 3.5” deep, with a total volume of 906.5 cu-in. It's a versatile choice that delivers efficient cooling and low pressure drop, making it ideal for daily drivers and moderately tuned builds. The durable 3/8” bar and plate design stands up to road debris and harsh conditions.

The PERRIN Intercooler core is intentionally sized and placed to fully utilize the entire bumper opening, maximizing the amount of airflow passing through the core. By placing the core directly in the airflow path and using every available square inch of the bumper opening, the PERRIN Intercooler delivers superior cooling efficiency and more consistent performance compared to competitors.

The PERRIN Large Intercooler Core increases height to 13.25”, expanding volume to 1298.5 cu-in. for greater cooling capacity. It’s a smart upgrade for high horsepower builds where managing charge temps is critical. Like the standard version, it uses a 3/8” bar and plate construction for strength and reliability in demanding conditions.

Increase horsepower and torque without ECU recalibration or tune! This part is designed and tested to work safely on your vehicle without any tuning required! However, more power can be gained with proper ECU tuning! Confirm any tune or recalibration you add is specific for ALL modifications added to the vehicle.

PERRIN End Tanks are designed to disperse hot charge air across the intercooler core. Turbulence is eliminated by eliminating 90º corners and adding a smooth, gradual taper from top to bottom.
