COBB Tuning has established a reasonable basis (testing results) via SEMA Garage Emissions Certification that verifies that this product allows the vehicle to operate within legal emissions standards and is therefore legal to be sold for on-street use in all states that accept the legal provisions of the Clean Air Act and EPA’s Anti-Tampering Policy.

NOT LEGAL FOR SALE OR USE IN CALIFORNIA ON ANY EMISSION CONTROLLED MOTOR VEHICLE.

Testing with the California Air Resources Board, in order to achieve 50-state compliance, is pending. Once testing is complete with California, and an EO number is issued, this product will be updated to 50-state legal status.

The Subaru NexGen Stage 2+ Flex Fuel Power Package for STI Includes: Subaru Accessport V3 (AP3-SUB-004), SF Intake & Airbox, Silicone Turbo Inlet V2, Throttle Body Coupler, Spark Plugs, Top Feed 1050x Fuel Injectors, High Flow Fuel Pump, Fuel Pressure Regulator for Fuel Rail Kit, Fuel Rail Line Kit, Fuel Rails, NexGen Flex Fuel Ethanol Sensor Kit, Fuel Pressure Sensor Kit & the COBB Vehicle Badge.

NexGen Power Packages re-establish the modification and upgrade paths for supported vehicles that have been impacted by the removal of Downpipes. These packages provide similar performance and excitement, while maintaining legal emissions standards.
