Unlike traditional sheet metal designs, our team used forged 6061 aluminum end brackets, precision-machined to deliver consistent fitment and structural integrity. The forged ends use a dual-shear eyelet bolt setup that keeps everything tightly secured.

The main bar is constructed from DOM bent mild steel tubing and finished in Red or Black powder coat. Every kit includes premium stainless steel hardware for corrosion resistance and long-term reliability, making this a high-quality, low-hassle add-on for your customers. No permanent modifications are required.
