Shipping and Handling:
We offer free shipping and handling to anywhere within 48 states in United States (except Alaska & Hawaii) on all orders subtotaling $250 or more (excluding tax). All orders $250 and under will have associated shipping and handling charges which are displayed at checkout. Although we try our best to accurately price shipping costs there are some rare instances in which oversized/overweight orders may incur additional shipping charges. In these cases, we will notify you before your order is processed via email or telephone.
Kenji Garage is not responsible for products lost or damaged during the shipping process. We ask that you please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damages or shipping related fracture immediately to the shipping company that delivered the item, vice versa when the postal employee delivers you the package. If the package shows signs of possible damage open it right in front of the shipping provider employee and inspect the item. Kenji Garage does not handle any damage requests. Only you can make the claim with the shipping company as that's what the shipping company requires. If you're ordering something that you want shipping insurance on, please contact us and we can add insurance to the item. Items we suggest insurance on are all carbon fiber pieces and other fragile parts.
International, Hawaii, and Alaska Orders:
For international, Hawaii, and Alaska customers please contact us for quote on ship rates email@example.com for the item(s) you am interested. Please note international customers are responsible for custom duties and taxes that their country may charge.
Change of address - Couple of times we may have already processed your order and have created labels and packaged it. Changing an address to one that is not on the order will have an additional charge of $40. If the package has left the UPS or Fed EX facilities; reroutes run $50 and are not guaranteed to work ( UPS and FED EX words not ours.) Addresses will not be changed for new customers as this protects you and us against possible fraud situations.
Canceling an order:
We only allow orders that have not been processed from the manufacture yet. To cancel an order please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order ID, reason for canceling, and the part or parts you want to cancel. A fee will apply to order cancellations, typically these are charges a vendor may charge us for canceling an order. Fee's range from 6%-25% of the original price which is what it costs us to process your original transaction.
Credit card company's get their money no matter what, so if you want to cancel there is a fee and that fee is what they take on the transaction which is 3%. Then we charge 3% for our time to process and do that accounting work, for a total of 6% minimum on cancellations.
We believe this is fair since you clicked on the order button and typed your information in as we have to pay the staff to process these cancellations. It is your responsibility to ensure the parts you are ordering are correct. You are given a confirmation page with a list of parts before checking out. Any changes to an order can hold it up and cause other complications. If you are unsure about an item please e-mail us or conduct the research you need to be sure it is what you want or need.
Special order items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Returns or exchanging of parts:
All sales are final. In order to keep our prices low for our valued customers it is important that we implement this policy.
We usually take back products directly. If the item was shipped directly from the factory, we will work with you to return to their location. Higher restocking fees may apply on these types of returns. We only pass on the cost charged to us.
Exchange of parts:
Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged (email: email@example.com to let us know). We will personally handle these issues. We will be more than happy to exchange it for you as soon as possible. We cannot cover 3rd party charges such as labor charges associated with incorrect parts though. Please double check to make sure you received the correct item.
Misused, Abused, or Installed Improperly:
Kenji Garage does not warranty or accept returns on misused, abused or installed improperly at all.
